Rowling (No Measure)

We are going bowling with Rowers!

Athletes will have 10 attempts to row and stop the distance rowed on 100 meters. The closer the athlete is to 100 meters, the better the score! Good Luck!

Weightlifting

Bench Press (10-10-10-10-10)

10-20 x tricep push-downs with bands

Metcon

Metcon (4 Rounds for reps)

Partner Workout

2 Rounds Each with 1 athlete working at a time and the other athlete is the pace setting athlete in the hold.

Event 1 ( 2 Rounds Each)

Athlete A will perform DB alternating bench press with Athlete B hold the wall sit. Event 1s score is the total number of DB Bench performed by each team member

Rest 2:00

Event 2 (2 Rounds Each)

Ahtlete A will Row as many calories as possible while Athlete B holds a plank. Event 2s score is the total number of Calories rowed by each team member
