20 x Jumping jacks

10 x Barbell Push Press ( add weight for 2nd round)

10 x Push Press ( increasing weight)

15 x Double Unders

1 x Wall Walk

Weightlifting

Push Press (10-10-10)

3 sets at the same weight & 15 Double Unders after each set, warmups included. be a perfectionist today.
