5 reps per movement, similar to Burgener Snatch Drills
After Barbell Clean WarmUp, move to Gymnastics drill Demo with the athletes repeating the 1-3 skill exercises and they can pick the one that is best for them. Then alternate athletes between the clean and the muscle ups prior to the WOD

Muscle Up Transition Skill
Practice landing in the bottom of a ring dip. Practice the swing, practice the kipping pull. Pick your poison and get 5 sets of at least 3-5 reps in.
