Warm-up (No Measure)

light Jog for 10:00. I know this may seem like a lot of running but this warmup should be light and enjoyable.

Metcon

Metcon (3 Rounds for time)

400m Run

30 x Kettlebell swings

rest 2:00
If you dont have a measured 400m mark, then you could run away from your workout area for 1:00 and then turn around and return.

If you do not have a Kettlebell you could use a Hang Dumbbell Snatch or substitute the 30 KBS with 15 Burpees
