50-75 Jumping Jacks
with the remaining time in the 3:00, perform Push-ups
Rest 3:00 after each 3:00 round
This workout is scored by the amount of pushups you complete in the time remaining after the jumping jacks. While you are in your 3:00 round, if you are still doing jumping jacks when there is 1:00 remaining. Go ahead and stop doing the jumping jacks and start on your pushups.
