We are going bowling with Rowers!
Athletes will have 10 attempts to row and stop the distance rowed on 100 meters. The closer the athlete is to 100 meters, the better the score! Good Luck!

Score this movement with the total reps completed in any given amount of sets. Ex. 3 x 15 would be 45 reps in the rep box

Balls are lined up in the middle of the gym and athletes will run to collect balls to throw at opponents. Balls that ricochet do not count as hits. Athletes may not catch or reflect balls in defense of a throw.
