Ankle Rotations

Cossacks

Walking lunges

Spiderman Lunge

Run, Row, Rope 2 minutes.

This should be completed prior to the start of class.

25 x Dips

Weightlifting

Bench Press (Max Reps + 3 , 1/2 reps)

Gymnastics
