Walking lunges

Spiderman Lunge

Run, Row, Rope 2 minutes.

This should be completed prior to the start of class.

Weightlifting

Split Squat (5 x 10-15/10-15)

with one leg elevated onto a bench behind the athlete. perform one leg squats with the forward leg. Each Leg

Doubles – 2:1 singles, 1:1 jumping jacks, 1/2 reps also a good option
