20:00 minute Run
During this workout you’ll run hard for 20:00 minutes total and try your best to accurately log the distance.
You will be running at ~ 70% effort so this is something you can probably maintain for about 1:30-2:00 at a time before you need to start walking to recover. When you walk, stop your timer and keep moving until you are ready to run that hard for that 1:30-2:00 again. Text Nick if you have more questions.
