Recipe: Chocolate Peanut Butter Smash Spinach & Banana Smoothie
Serves 1
Say what you want about adding spinach to a smoothie, but I’m the biggest fan. It’s such an easy way to get more greens in your diet without having to chomp through another salad – and you can’t even taste it. Save the salad for lunch and make this tasty shake for breakfast or use it as a post-workout meal.
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops of Progenex Chocolate Peanut Butter Smash Recovery protein
- 100g of banana, frozen
- 1 cup of fresh spinach
- 12 oz. water
Directions:
- Place all ingredients into a blender (I use a Ninja) and blend until smooth.
- Savor immediately!
