Rowling (No Measure)

We are going bowling with Rowers!

Athletes will have 10 attempts to row and stop the distance rowed on 100 meters. The closer the athlete is to 100 meters, the better the score! Good Luck!

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Partner WOD: 20 minute AMRAP

5 x Ring Push-Up

7 x Box Jumps (24/20)

9 x Anchored Toes to Bar

500m Row

One team member will row 500m while another team mate works on the AMRAP. After the row is complete the athletes will rotate. Each 500m row will also count as a completed round.
